Compilation of Strategic Quantitative Planning Matrix of Sports Championship Development (Case Study: East Azarbaijan Province)

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the strategic quantitative planning template for the development of championship sport in East Azarbaijan province. This research in terms of the purpose is an applied research and in terms of performance is a descriptive-analytic research. The statistical population of this study consists of all active board members (including 51 sports boards) in the East Azarbaijan province, with 20 representatives of sports departments that directly involved in the championship sports, on the proposal of the general administration of sport and youth of the province as the statistical sample of the first stage (Delphi technique) and 100 people in the second stage (section on the plot) were selected. Based on the test results, the agreement coefficient, the agreement rate in the first round of the dollar was acceptable and equal to 0.75, and in the second row this value was not changed and equal to 0.78. So, given the theatrical saturation by the research team and its confirmation by the Condolence Coordinator, it decided to eliminate the Delphi tracks. The questionnaire of Delphi technique was determined after determining the formal validity (5 sports managers were determined to confirm the questionnaire) and the reliability tool (with Cronbach's alpha test, 0.97) and construct validity among the statistical sample of the department The Content Validation Method (CVR) also used a relative content value, which was found to be (more than 0.61). To analyze the data, the descriptive statistics method was used and to test the hypotheses, the confirmatory factor analysis and ranking in Friedman were used in the SPSS software environment, considering that the matrix score of internal evaluation factor was 2.41 and the matrix score of External evaluation factors were 2.60.
