The specific objectives of the journal are as follows:

1. General Characteristics of the Article
- The article must be the result of the author’s (or authors’) research.
- The article should not have been published in another journal and must not be submitted to another journal until the review process is complete.
- The publication of the article is subject to final approval by the editorial board.
- Acceptance of the article for publication will be communicated to the author after approval by the reviewers.
- The responsibility for the content and material of the article lies with the author.
- The journal editor is free to make literary and technical edits to the article without altering its content.
- The length of the article must not exceed 25 pages.
- A separate page must include the full name of the author, academic rank, university affiliation, field of study, email address, and phone number.
- Submission of the article is only possible through the journal’s system at the address http://sls.tabrizu.ac.ir (registration in the system is required).
- When registering, having an ORCID identifier is mandatory. All authors must have an ORCID identifier.
2. Components of the Article
- Title: A clear and indicative name that reflects the content of the article.
- Author Information: Includes the author’s full name, academic rank, field of study, and university affiliation.
- Abstract (in English and Persian): A comprehensive description of the article in a limited number of words (maximum 250 words), encompassing an overview of the problem statement, objectives, research methods, and findings.
- Keywords: Five to seven specialized words that are more significant in the article than others.
- Introduction
- Methodology
- Findings and Results
- Discussion
- Conclusion
- Footnotes: If necessary, explanations should be placed at the bottom of each page.
- References: A list of citations based on the journal’s guidelines and in APA format. For Persian sources, it is mandatory to provide an English reference at the end of the list, along with the phrase “(In Persian)” at the end of the reference.
Including the DOI for each article in the references section is mandatory.
3. Formatting Guidelines
To access the formatting guidelines, please download the Template file (clicking will initiate the download) and format your article’s font {including title, abstract, main text, table content, etc.} accordingly.
- References should be cited in APA style (all sources must be in English).
- Each paragraph should begin with a 1 cm indent.
- Line spacing should be set to 1.15 throughout the document.
All in-text citations (both Persian and English) must be written in English using the Times New Roman font size 11.
Please note that author names cannot be changed after submission through the system.
Important Note: The main article file must be anonymous. If this requirement is not met, the article will not enter the review process.
