Today, a working group and team innovation is the most fundamental and important first step for innovation, openness and new concepts is the idea of an organization. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of innovation climate in the classes on the ability to set up an independent business in physical education students of Tabriz Azad University.
The research was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of the causal-comparative and field-based research method. To collect information about the climate of innovation and the ability to set up independent businesses, questionnaires were used by the governor of Dorabjee et al. (1998) and Anderson and Dunkelberg (1990). The formal and content validity of the questionnaires was approved by 6 sports management specialists. The reliability of the questionnaires was obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient for Innovation Climate Questionnaire (1998) (α = 0.84) and for business and independent business start-up questionnaire (1990) (α = 0.87). The statistical population of this study was all physical education students of Tabriz Azad University. Their number was 517. 250 people were randomly assigned to Morgan Table. The statistical methods used in this study were descriptive and inferential statistics. In the descriptive statistics section, frequency tables, percentages, mean and standard deviation were used. In the inferential statistics, Kolmogorov-Smirnov statistical methods were used to test the distribution of the data. The regression test was used to examine the effect of variables.
According to the results, all the factors of the innovation climate in the classroom on the ability to set up an independent business in students Physical education of Islamic Azad University of Tabriz has a positive effect.
Innovation (targeted specifically at factors in this study) in academic classes, students can create new businesses and improve the employment situation of physical education.
