Abstract

By making the veil obligatory, Islam does not want women to become playthings in the hands of lustful people and to reduce their value to the point where it is only a means to satisfy their desires. Considering the importance of veiling and covering for women, Pezhesh is willing to study the effect of the level of women's covering on their mental health, moral health and social security. The sample size was 381 people using the Morgan table, and the non-probability sampling method was used to collect this sample. The data were collected using SPSS software and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) test. The results showed that the average of different levels of hijab is not at the same level in relation to the level of mental health. Therefore, there was a significant difference between different hijabs and mental health. As it was clear from the averages, veiled women have a higher level of moral health. Finally, there was a significant difference between different levels of hijab and social security.
