تاثیر یک دوره آموزش مهارتهای زندگی بر شادکامی و کاهش اضطراب دانش آموزان مقطع ابتدایی

چکیده

هدف: هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مهارتهای زندگی بر شادکامی و کاهش اضطراب دانش آموزان مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان ملکان می باشد. روش: روش پژوهش از نوع نیمه تجربی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانش آموزان پسر پایه ششم مقطع ابتدایی در سال تحصیلی 1403-1402 میباشد. تعداد 40 نفر از دانش آموزان ششم ابتدایی به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و در دو گروه تجربی و کنترل جایگزین شدند. ابزارهای جمع آوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه شادکامی آکسفورد (1989) و پرسشنامه اضطراب اشپیل برگر (1970) بودند. گروه تجربی در 10جلسه 40 دقیقه ای آموزش مهارتهای زندگی را دریافت نمودند در حالی که گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله ای دریافت نکردند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش های آمار توصیفی (میانگین، انحراف استاندارد، کجی و کشیدگی) و در بخش آمار استنباطی از روش کوواریانس چند متغیره و تک متغیره استفاده شد. یافته ها: یافته های به دست آمده حاکی از اثربخشی معنی دار آموزش مهارتهای زندگی بر کاهش اضطراب و افزایش شادکامی در دانش آموزان بود (001/0=p). نتیجه گیری: بنابراین با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده می توان آموزش مهارتهای زندگی را به عنوان یک برنامه در مدارس ابتدایی برای کاهش مشکلات روانی از جمله اضطراب و افزایش سطح شادکامی دانش آموزان استفاده نمود. کلیدواژه‌ها: آموزش مهارتهای زندگی، اضطراب، شادکامی، دانش آموزان.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of life skills training on the happiness and anxiety reduction of primary school students in Malekan city. Method: The research method was semi-experimental. The statistical population includes all male students of the sixth grade of elementary school in the academic year 1402-1403. 40 students of sixth grade were selected as samples and were replaced in two experimental and control groups. The data collection tools in this research included the Oxford Happiness Questionnaire (1989) and the Spielberger Anxiety Questionnaire (1970). The experimental group received life skills training in 10 sessions of 40 minutes, while the control group did not receive any intervention. In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics methods (mean, standard deviation, skewness and kurtosis) and in the inferential statistics section, multivariate and univariate covariance methods were used. Findings: The findings indicated the significant effectiveness of life skills training on reducing anxiety and increasing happiness in students (p=0.001). Conclusion: Therefore, according to the obtained results, life skills training can be used as a program in primary schools to reduce mental problems including anxiety and increase the level of happiness of students.
