بررسی نقش کیفیت غذاهای غیرخانگی به‌عنوان عامل میانجی در تأثیر فشار اجتماعی بر شاخص توده بدن

چکیده

در دنیای امروز، فشار اجتماعی و انتظارات افراد پیرامون، سبک زندگی و الگوهای تغذیه‌ای ما را تحت تاثیر قرار داده است که این تغییرات به نوبه خود بر شاخص توده بدن تاثیر می‌گذارد. بر این اساس، این تحقیق به بررسی نقش کیفیت غذاهای غیرخانگی به‌عنوان عامل میانجی در تأثیر فشار اجتماعی بر شاخص توده بدن انجام گرفت. در این راستا از نظریه‌های کلمن و هیگز بهره گرفته شد. روش تحقیق از نوع پیمایشی بوده و جامعه آماری شامل شهروندان بالای 15 سال شهر تبریز است که 394 نفر از آن‌ها به شیوۀ نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای برای مطالعه انتخاب شده‌اند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه جمع‌آوری و توسط نرم افزارهای SPSS و LISREL تحلیل شده‌اند. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که میانگین شاخص توده بدنی در مردان برابر با 66/24 و در زنان برابر با 76/23 است. بر اساس تحلیل‌های روابط دو متغیره، رابطه معناداری بین کیفیت غذاهای غیرخانگی (با ضریب همبستگی 183/0-)، وضعیت تأهل (به نفع افراد متأهل) و جنسیت (به نفع مردان) با شاخص توده بدنی مشاهده شد. با این حال، رابطه مستقیم میان فشار اجتماعی و شاخص توده بدنی معنادار نبود. اما نتایج مدل‌ معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که فشار اجتماعی به‌طور غیرمستقیم و از طریق کیفیت غذاهای غیرخانگی، تأثیر معناداری بر افزایش شاخص توده بدنی دارد. در مجموع متغیرهای بررسی‌شده توانستند 14 درصد از تغییرات شاخص توده بدنی را تبیین کنند.

In today's world, social pressure and expectations of people around us have affected our lifestyle and nutritional patterns, which in turn affect our body mass index. Accordingly, this study was conducted to investigate the role of non-home food quality as a mediating factor in the effect of social pressure on body mass index. In this regard, the theories of Coleman and Higgs were used. The research method was a survey and the statistical population included citizens over 15 years of age in Tabriz, 394 of whom were selected for the study using a multi-stage cluster sampling method. The data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS and LISREL software. The results of the study showed that the average body mass index in men was 24.66 and in women was 23.76. Based on bivariate correlation analyses, a significant relationship was observed between the quality of non-home foods (with a correlation coefficient of -0.183), marital status (in favor of married individuals), and gender (in favor of men) with body mass index. However, the direct relationship between social pressure and body mass index was not significant. However, the results of the structural equation model showed that social pressure indirectly and through the quality of non-home foods, has a significant effect on increasing body mass index. In total, the variables examined were able to explain 14% of the changes in body mass index.
