سبک زندگی در دانش آموزان دختر وابسته و غیر وابسته به شبکه های اجتماعی

چکیده

وابستگی به اینترنت و شبکه‌های اجتماعی می‌تواند بر زندگی روزمره دانش آموزان تاثیر بگذارد و پیامدهای آتی به دنبال داشته باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه سبک زندگی در دانش آموزان دختر وابسته و غیر وابسته به شبکه های اجتماعی انحام گرفت. طرح پژوهش حاضر از نوع تحقیقات علی-مقایسه ای است. نمونه آماری عبارت است 100 نفر از دانش آموزان دختر وابسته به شبکه‌های اجتماعی و تعداد 100 نفر از دانش آموزان دختر غیروابسته به شبکه‌های اجتماعی در ناحیه 5 آموزش و پرورش تبریز است. غربالگری دانش‌آموزان با استفاده از مقیاس اعتیاد شبکه های اجتماعی برگن صورت گرفت. هر دو گروه به وسیله پرسشنامه سبک زندگی ارتقا دهنده سلامت (HPLPII) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. نتایج بدست آمده با استفاده از روش واریانس چند متغیره مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. در مقایسه دو گروه آزمودنی‌ها، نتایج نشان داد که سبک زندگی دانش‌آموزان وابسته به شبکه‌های اجتماعی با دانش‌آموزان غیر وابسته تفاوت دارد. نتایج حاکی از آن است که دانش‌آموزان غیر وابسته، در مقایسه با دانش‌آموزان وابسته، سبک زندگی سالم‌تری دارند. در بررسی عوامل سبک زندگی، نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که در عوامل رشد معنوی (شکوفایی)، مسئولیت پذیری درباره سلامت، فعالیت جسمی، روابط بین فردی، مدیریت استرس و تغذیه بین دانش آموزان وابسته و غیر وابسته تفاوت وجود دارد و می‌توان گفت که میانگین این عوامل در گروه دانش‌آموزان غیر وابسته بالاتر است. نتایج این تحقیق اهمیت نقش شبکه های اجتماعی را در سبک زندگی و سلامت آن در دانش آموزان دختر خاطرنشان می سازد.

Dependence on the Internet and social networks can affect students' daily lives and have future consequences. The present study aimed to compare the lifestyles of female students who are dependent on and not dependent on social networks. The statistical sample consists of 100 female students who are connected to social networks and 100 female students who are not connected to social networks in District 5 of Tabriz Education. Students were screened using the Bergen Social Media Addiction Scale. Both groups were assessed using the Health Promoting Lifestyle Questionnaire (HPLPII). The results were analyzed using Multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA). In comparing the two groups of subjects, the results showed that the lifestyle of students who are dependent on social networks is different from that of students who are not dependent. The results indicate that non-dependent students have a healthier lifestyle compared to dependent students. In examining lifestyle factors, the results of the study showed that there are differences in the factors of spiritual growth, responsibility for health, physical activity, interpersonal relationships, stress management, and nutrition between dependent and non-dependent students, and it can be said that the average of these factors is higher in the non-dependent group. The results of this study highlight the importance of the role of social networks in the lifestyle and health of female students.
