احصای تعیین گرهای مدیریتی و سازمانی سلامت شهروندان آذربایجانشرقی با رویکرد کیفی

چکیده

در عصر حاضر، نیروی انسانی سالم، صالح، خلاق و توانمند مهم ترین سرمایه ی یک کشور می باشد. به همین خاطر در ادبیات توسعه، انسان سالم، محور توسعه ی پایدار قلمداد می شود. سلامت کنشگران اجتماعی در میادین مختلف متاثر از فاکتورهای متعددی می باشد که یکی از آن ها، فاکتورهای مدیریتی و سازمانی است. بر این اساس، هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر شناسایی تعیین گرهای مدیریتی و سازمانی سلامت در استان آذربایجان شرقی می باشد. روش تحقیق مورد استفاده، کیفی با رویکرد تحلیل ساختاری میک مک می باشد. مشارکت کنندگان پژوهش حاضر 40 نفر از مطلعینی کلیدی این حوزه در استان آذربایجان شرقی بوده که برای تعیین حجم نمونه از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند با لحاظ قاعده ی اشباع استفاده شده است. نتایج تحلیل ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار میک مک نشان داد که به ترتیب، تعیین گرهای مدیریتی سلامت شامل سیاست های کلان دولت (رتبه 1)، توجه به پیوست سلامت در همه سیاست ها (رتبه ی2)، نگرش های جبرگرایانه در نظام سلامت (رتبه ی 3) اعتقاد به تصمیم گیری ها از سوی دولت (رتبه ی 4)، شایسته سالاری (رتبه ی 5) پرداخت به سلامت در آموزش و پرورش (رتبه ی 6) شفاف سازی و ایفای کامل نقش (رتبه ی 7) می باشد. پروژه سلامت شهروندان در تمامی ابعاد سوای وابستگی به عوامل پزشکی و نگاه درمان محورانه زیستی، در برخی مواقع در حد کلان از عوامل دیگری نیز تاثیر می پذیرد که بر این اساس، به فراخور موضوع عوامل مدیریتی و سازمانی شایشته اعتنای قابل تاملی است.

چکیده [English]

In the present era, a healthy, competent, creative and capable human resource is the most important asset of a country. Therefore, in the development literature, a healthy person is considered the axis of sustainable development. The health of social actors in different fields is affected by numerous factors, one of which is managerial and organizational factors. Accordingly, the main objective of the present study is to identify the managerial and organizational determinants of health in East Azerbaijan province. The research method used is qualitative with a Mi'kmaq structural analysis approach. The participants of the present study were 40 key informants in this field in East Azerbaijan province, and purposive sampling was used to determine the sample size, taking into account the saturation rule. The results of structural analysis using the Miqmac software showed that, in order, the determinants of health management include government macro policies (rank 1), attention to health attachment in all policies (rank 2), deterministic attitudes in the health system (rank 3), belief in government decision-making (rank 4), meritocracy (rank 5), health spending in education (rank 6), transparency and full role playing (rank 7). The citizen health project in all dimensions, apart from dependence on medical factors and a biological treatment-oriented view, is sometimes affected by other factors at a macro level, and accordingly, managerial and organizational factors deserve thoughtful attention.
