Social health is considered one of the most important components of the quality of life and social welfare of citizens. Social capital refers to support, belonging, social bonds, and mutual assistance in the face of social problems and challenges, as well as collective rituals. An increase in social capital enhances social health and reduces social risks by lowering anxiety, worry, and mental stress. The research method employed is meta-analysis, covering the period from 1390 to 1403. From an initial pool of 50 scientific documents, 41 studies were selected for inclusion. The overall results indicate that the effect of social capital on social health has been substantiated, with the variables of social support, social trust, social participation, social belonging, and social cohesion playing a crucial role in strengthening collective efficiency and performance in addressing social problems and challenges, as well as reducing psychosocial abnormalities during the period from 1390 to 1403. The presence of honest behaviors, mutual commitment among individuals in society, and voluntary civic participation—irrespective of cultural differences—contribute to social development, improve quality of life, and enhance individual and collective empowerment. Under the influence of social capital, individuals cooperate for collective interests and common goals through social support, trust, and cohesion, moving away from individualism, indifference, and concerns such as anxiety and stress.
