This study aimed to validate the conceptual model derived from the qualitative phase and examine the factors influencing the dominance of body culture over the active body using a descriptive-survey method. The statistical population included physical education faculty members, sports experts, and coaches, from whom 150 individuals were randomly selected. The research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of 50 items based on a 5-point Likert scale. Content validity (CVI=0.77) and construct validity were confirmed through confirmatory factor analysis using SmartPLS 4.1.0.9. The reliability of the questionnaire (Cronbach’s alpha and composite reliability>0.60), convergent validity (AVE>0.50), and discriminant validity (Fornell-Larcker criterion) were also confirmed. Model fit indices (SRMR=0.025, d_ULS=0.128) and R² values indicated good model fit and explanatory power. Path coefficients and t-statistics (P < 0.001) confirmed significant relationships between variables. Causal conditions (T=41.401), contextual conditions (T=7.305), and intervening conditions (T=7.830) significantly affected action/interaction strategies, which in turn (T=11.769) influenced health and wellness outcomes, as well as personal and social development (P<0.001). it's recommended that promoting diverse images of healthy bodies in the media, strengthening public sports infrastructure without social stigmatization, and teaching media literacy be placed on the agenda as practical strategies to reduce normative pressures and empower body culture.
