The aim of this research was to determine the effect of interactive and physical quality on the outcome quality and re-presence via mediating perceived value in Tabriz women's sports clubs customers. This research method was survey and applied in terms of goal. The statistical population of this study included the customers of women's sports clubs in Tabriz city and 242 samples were taken from the clubs of Tabriz. The samples were used based on available sampling method using virtual networks and distribution in the club channels. Data collection method was field and standard questionnaires of perceived quality, interaction, perceived value and presence were used to collect information. In the present research, the opinions of five professors and experts in the study area were used and confirmed in order to measure the validity and Cronbach's alpha method was employed for measuring the reliability of the questionnaire. The data were analyzed by structural equation modeling with PLS-SMART software. The results showed that physical quality has a moderate and positive effect on the outcome quality and perceived value, respectively. Interactive quality has a significant and positive effect on re-presence and perceived value, and perceived value has a significant and positive impact on re-presence and quality result respectively. The assumption of mediating role of perceived value on interactive quality and physical quality was acceptable. Therefore, it can be said that more customers will be attracted by improving the physical quality, cooperation and interaction of club employees with customers and creating a relaxed atmosphere and suitable conditions for athletes, as well as increasing the customer's perception of the quality of provided services.
