Learning life skills can affect how a person functions in the social relations of his or her thinking towards a community called social health. The purpose of the present study was to determine the relationship between effective life skills components and social health. The theoretical approach in this study is to benefit from the theoretical basis of Keyes social health and the theoretical foundations of Bandora’s social learning for life skills. In this study, using a descriptive survey and correlation method, 20-45 year-old women in Ferdows with a sample size of 304 were selected randomly. The findings were analyzed using the standardized questionnaire Spss22. Face validity and reliability of questions were used. Cronbach's alpha for life skills (0.740) and social health (0.716) were used. The results show that mean life skills (2.37) and social health (1.94) were lower than average based on Likert range (1 to 5).The results of the research hypotheses indicate that the reinforcement of life skills teachings and its components based on significant positive relationships has a weak effect on women's social health. Regression results indicate that the components of problem solving, interpersonal relationships, emotional and emotional control, self-awareness, and critical and creative thinking have the highest correlation coefficient (Beta) with social health, respectively; Life skills and its components (about 0.22) have been able to explain social health. The components of problem solving, interpersonal self-awareness, emotional and emotional control, and critical and creative thinking are indirectly affecting social health, respectively. Therefore, by researching cultural and social programs at the city level, it can be emphasized to reinforce the continuing impact of life skills teachings on women's social health.
