Mental health refers to an individual's psychological-mental well-being, self-efficacy, independence and autonomy, sense of empowerment, self-actualization, self-esteem, and psychological confidence. Accordingly, the main objective of this research is to study Islamic-religious beliefs and a mental health-oriented lifestyle between 2006 and 2024. The research method is based on a quantitative meta-analysis and systematic review of domestic empirical studies from scientific sources such as Noormags, Magiran, and Irandoc. From the collected statistical population of 69 documents, 42 documents were selected as the sample size using a non-probability purposive sampling method based on inclusion and exclusion criteria and entered into the CMA2 software. Finally, Cohen's and Fisher's effect sizes indicated a positive and direct impact of the level of Islamic-religious beliefs on a mental health-oriented lifestyle, with a final coefficient of 0.452. It should be noted that Islamic-religious teachings, as a transcendent matter and in the sense of Islamic beliefs, practices, rituals, and lifestyle, have the main goal of providing happiness, health, peace, and reducing risky human behaviors through social control, creating social capital, developing close friendship networks, establishing collective commitments, and ultimately enhancing human capacity for better coping with negative reality and everyday human events.
