چکیده

نوآوری در دنیای امروز یک کار گروهی و تیمی است که اساسی ­ترین و اولین گام و هدف مهم برای نوآوری، باز بودن یک سازمان در برابر ایده ­ها و مفاهیم جدید است. لذا هدف از این پژوهش، تأثیر جو نوآوری در کلاس­ها بر صلاحیت راه ­اندازی کسب ‌وکار مستقل در دانشجویان تربیت‌بدنی دانشگاه آزاد تبریز بود.
پژوهش حاضر، از لحاظ هدف، جزء مطالعات کاربردی و از نظر روش تحقیق علی– مقایسه­ ای و به‌صورت میدانی انجام شد. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات مربوط به جو نوآوری و صلاحیت راه‌اندازی کسب‌وکارهای مستقل از پرسشنامه ­های استاندارد دورابجی و همکاران (1998) و اندرسون و دانکلبرگ (1990) استفاده شد. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه ­ها به تائید شش تن از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی رسید. پایایی پرسشنامه­ ها با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تعیین شد که برای پرسشنامه جو نوآوری (1998) (84/0=α) و برای پرسشنامه صلاحیت راه­اندازی کسب‌وکار مستقل (1990) (87/0=α) به دست آمد. دانشجویان تربیت‌بدنی دانشگاه آزاد واحد تبریز جامعه ­ی آماری تحقیق را تشکیل داده که با استفاده از جدول مورگان از تعداد 517 نفر جامعه مطالعه، 250 نفر به‌صورت تصادفی انتخاب شد. از آمار توصیفی برای گزارش اطلاعات آزمودنی ­ها، میانگین و انحراف معیار استفاده شد. با توجه به تعداد آزمودنی­ ها، برای طبیعی بودن توزیع داده ­ها از آزمون آماری کلمگروف-اسمینروف استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، از آزمون رگرسیون استفاده شد. با توجه به نتایج حاصله از بررسی داده­ ها، تمامی فاکتورهای جو نوآوری (چالش، آزادی، اعتماد، زمان ایده، تفریح، تضادها، حمایت­ها، بحث­ها، ریسک ­پذیری) در کلاس­ها بر صلاحیت راه ­اندازی کسب‌وکار­های مستقل در دانشجویان تربیت‌بدنی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی تبریز تأثیر مثبت دارد؛ بنابراین ایجاد جو نوآوری در کلاس­های درسی دانشجویان می‌تواند باعث ایجاد کسب‌وکارهای نوین و بهبود وضعیت اشتغال دانشجویان تربیت‌بدنی شود.

چکیده [English]

Innovation in today's world is a team effort that the most basic and first important step and goal for innovation is an organization to be open to new ideas and concepts. Therefore, the purpose of this study was the effect of the atmosphere of innovation in the classrooms on the competence of starting an independent business in physical education students of Tabriz Azad University. The present study, in terms of purpose, was part of applied studies and in terms of causal-comparative research method was conducted in the field. The standard questionnaires of Durabaji et al. (1998) and Anderson and Dunkelberg (1990) were used to collect information on the innovation climate and the ability to start independent businesses. The face and content validity of the questionnaires were confirmed by six professors of sports management. The reliability of the questionnaires was determined using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which was obtained for Innovation Bar (1998) (α = 0.84) and for Independent Business Start-up (1990) (α = 0.87). Physical education students of Azad University, Tabriz Branch formed a statistical population of the study that using Morgan table from 517 people in the study population, 250 people were randomly selected. Descriptive statistics were used to report the subjects' information, mean and standard deviation. According to the number of subjects, the Kolmogorov-Sminrov statistical test was used for normal distribution of data. Regression test was used to analyze the data. According to the results of the data analysis, all the factors of innovation climate (challenge, freedom, trust, idea time, fun, contradictions, supports, debates, risk-taking) in the classes on the ability to start Independent businesses have a positive effect on physical education students of the Islamic Azad University of Tabriz; Therefore, creating an atmosphere of innovation in students' classrooms can create new businesses and improve the employment status of physical education students.
